Trouble logging in every single Tim!!

I have to change my password every time I log in! I wonder why? You send a password reset to my email and I select a new password but after logging out the new password is rejected. It’s stored in my phone so there won’t be a problem yet I go through the select new password every time. Any way of helping me??
