So what spurred this new endeavor?

I am liking the creations. Can't wait to see the new ones.

Like @Tiel Feathers, I was scared to open this thread.
The economy is in the toilet. Winter is rearing its ugly head. Have not had any contracts for over a month. I am semi-retiring and don't want as many contracts. I have a project starting next week so it will be back to the rock pile till after xmas for sure.

That's quite the towering Condominium! I could see where that would be an expense to ship. Are you considering on building these things to put together in sections? Then that way they can be broke down in smaller sections to be able to ship. Nice job! :)

lf I get a custom order I could make it come apart. Weakens the whole thing a bit. Especially if the customer doesn’t put it together right.

These larger heavy items I’m selling locally. I deliver or they pick up.

What a blessing though to be so talented and be able to create this stuff! You can certainly supplement your retirement income with this ability.

No drooling on the stand please. :D $695 CAD. (sorry can not ship this one. Too big. Too heavy)
John, I would be interested in buying one that size. Is it by chance possible to have it broken down where it can be reassembled once arrived? That might eliminate the bulkiness of shipping. Let me know...that's an awesome design! Seriously.

They are very nice, when I first seen some of the stuff I wasn't aware that John was selling them.
John is this going to be a new business adventure? I hope so, I'd buy some of those, not kidding either. Nothing beats good quality craftmanship.
Make a page photo list of the items you'll sell.

yes quality craftsmanship is definitely there if John makes it.
But even more, John knows how both little and large birds want to move around and use a playstand.
There's a lot of thought put into the designs, and that is what is making us all drool.
