Micah loves millet, I usually save that for training. Other seeds are also a hit, especially chia seeds. It helps to sprinkle those on new foods he's not sure about to get him to try it. He adores berries of pretty much any type. On a healthier note, he LOVES sprouts. When I'm cooking for myself I cut the tops out of peppers (so the insides with the seeds are sticking out), and he loves to rip those up. Not sure how much of the pepper/seeds he's actually eating when he does that, but he has fun.
