I'd really like to get into doing some training with my conure Diego. He's been in my family for a few years, and we get along pretty well. But I think he'd really enjoy the mental stimulation of trick training, and I'd love to eventually be able to get him harnessed trained to come out with me a little more.
However, while I understand the theory behind a lot of the training methods, my brain sometimes gets pretty overwhelmed on where to 'start' unless I've got some kind of programme or routine to follow.
Does anyone have any recommendations for training programmes with some kind of progression path?
