I've looked at several on your website that the description says "soft wood". Then saw one that said "pine toy" and then "soft wood". So are all the "soft wood" toys pine?

I thought you might be looking at those ones. Yes, those would be pine and are fairly soft. The super soft woods are balsa and cork - only have them in toy parts or skewers right now. My guys love them

Ok thanks! My birds are just getting into chewing wood and pine is a bit too hard for them.

Mine too actually. My guy is in LOVE with cork and seagrass mats. He hasn't been too interested in anything else I've tried with him but those were a huge hit

and any of the cardboard shredding toys are great for birds who like softer toys
