My one year old Scarlett just tore apart one of my pothos leaves, I have read on here it is toxic. What should I do? He is acting normal now

Get the plant out if any areas that your bird could access it.
Was any of the plant ingested? If so I’d be searching for exactly how toxic the plant is and contacting a vet if needed.

In general, if our birds aren't displaying signs, they didn't ingest enough of the substance to make them sick, so continue to watch your bird closely.

Birds often destroy plants, but don't ingest them, so hopefully that's the case here.

The toxicity of pothos comes from it being an irritant, so that would likely manifest in not wanting to eat and provide ample time to get to a vet.
