You can just cut it around the adhesive thing. Many members use Toilet Paper for toys. Free toys

I would anticipate lots of bacteria to be on an empty toliet paper roll. Long before getting to the glue.

Okay Thank you. I haven't been using TP rolls because I was worried about the safety.

I use them but nit from rolls that were used in the toilet. I always have rolls of TP in the rooms Burt visits and I use the paper for his poop pick up so he gets the tubes from those rolls.

I also always have a loo roll on my table here for cleaning up bird poops, and I save these tubes for toys. I put bathroom rolls in the recycle bin.
Kitchen roll tubes are something else you can use safely
