Toes/Beaks getting stuck in toys

Hi I have 4 conures and my Sun got her toe stuck earlier, she is fine now and didn’t get hurt but I’m just wondering what to do if this happens. I have already thrown out the toy her toe got stuck on.

Can you share examples ?
With quality toys and room , this really shouldn't be an issue..more if a really rare thing .

I don't like some bird chains with a certain size link for my size birds. Or screw c clamp clips or small cheap bells . I don't use those with my birds

It mostly comes down to checking over toys before giving them, and doing routine checks as they chew the toys to make sure they aren't making new issues as they play.
