@PacificPaulie he is! We got him from a rescue and his wings were cut so bad that he actually had a hard time balancing. He can now fly a short distance

That is absolutely absurd. Thank goodness you opened up your life to him. No little birdy should have to experience that.

It will be a year in April we also adopted a 2 year old parrotlett named Popper at the same time. Love those little guys.
