hmm maybe a yellow recessive pied? at first i thought normal green like the other one then i realized way too much yellow lol

it'll be interesting to watch him/her feather out in the next few weeks

SOOO CUTE! I wish there was a breeder by me that bred budgies. I saw this awesome video of a budgie and iRN being best friends. I want that for my poor crazy rico. LOL
