Here you go, Here's what I used. All organic except the pumpkin, couldn't find a farmer's market with organic pumpkin so bought a regular mini one from the non organic farmers. Fresh pumpkin.
Sweet potato
Butternut Squash
Quinoa
Amaranthe
Red Lentils
Spelt
Kamut flakes
Split green peas
Flax seed
Steel cut oats
millet

Buckwheat
Hulled barley
Sesame seeds
Wild rice pasta
Dried cranberries
Cinnamon

:eek: Naughty Sachi girl!!! :roflmao: I can just imagine. Lola has done the same to me.

The ingredients sound scrumptious. Guess I'm going to have to try one of these soon :)
It tastes pretty good. The interesting thing about this whole concoction is that although I only used 1/2 cup quinoa and 1-2 tablespoons of the other dry ingredients, it yielded so much!!!!!!!!!!! So much that the SO and I had some for breakfast.. :wacky:

My intent had been to only make a modest small one because I wasn't sure whether they'd even like it. :huh:

Oh well.. :lol:

Umm. Yes!! :huh: I don't want to be spending all my free time in the kitchen you know!! :lol: This weekend was exceptional for some reason. I blame it all on Dawn, Merlie, Pat, Shawna, Patricia Sund, Everyone!!!! :lol: Next weekend I will go back to regular schedule programming. :hehe:
