Yesterday was the weekly cleaning of her cage and toys. She is only protective of her cage during that time. This is what I have to go through every week.

Same here i have to usually give my bird a treat to keep his beak occupied otherwise he stares at me and slowly comes towards my hand and latches on. After wards he acts so innocent and pretends like he hasnt done anything lol.

Haha wow, I’m glad my tiel isn’t that protective of her toys ( unless their really new or she’s currently playing with it, then she will be like that for a day) .
