those i picked up ...but Sandy (lotsabirds)makes them all the time...puts straws tru pencil sharpener drills holes in caps strings them then just twists straws all over..the birds LOVE them They will stay busy for HRS.playing with them

about 6 yrs ago i bought 10 perma toys from a shop going out of buisness those are sadly my last ones...they are slowly dying..I WISH I COULD FIND MORE...

One pemanent toy for lare macaws it's made of S/s all chain and eye screws are welded shut for safety if hangs aproxamitly 4 ft from the ceiling and it come complete with climbing rope and ceiling protector. My GW loves this toy when he chews the wood all you do is buy 2x2 untreated lumber approxamatly 2.00 for a 8ft board and cut it into 6 pieces and screwit on to the eyebolts the toy is so well made ti will last a lifetime and the replacement wood is so cheap it will save you a fortune in buying toys all the time.

So wait, I'm trying to figure this out...you put straws though an electronic pencil sharpner or do you twist them through a plain, simple one? I'm so not creative
