I have never used GSE but I do use ACV occasionally in their water and use it as a rinse for veggies and fruits. I also eat greek yogurt and give some to the birds. With the greek yogurt make sure you are buying a good quality one like Chobani and not one filled with sugars like yoplait

Thanks for the warning on GSE. I currently have been out of it and will not purchase another bottle.
