Mr Jeepers is starting his yearly eclipse phase. I will try to get pics.
It is a time where he molts, but as he does he changes to an emerald green color, loses his pretty head feathers, and then changes back to his regular colors. Jada has been very testy again as she was months ago. She was singing with him last evening, chasing him, making as much noise as she can. Then as they were having 'words' with each other, Mr. Jeepers was holding onto a branch, upside down, flapping his wings like a hummingbird, and chittering away! Not sure what that was all about but it looked cool.
