To tell you the truth, I just saw it spewing forth - not which end it came from.

 I think poop is likely. There are a lot of white stains everywhere.

I am so jealous of these eaglets... Snooze, eat fresh fish, waddle around for some fresh air, snuggle, and snooze some more

I had to pop in today - my how they've grown. Many pin feathers. They are alone in the nest tonight with mom and dad perched nearby.

During the morning feeding, the younger eaglet watched the older one get fed for awhile before deciding it was time for their turn at breakfish :swoon:

Mom and dad are perched nearby watching over the little ones as they sleep. They deliver food and feed the eaglets but are leaving by themselves in the nest more. I noticed the older one has been preening himself some - maybe just scratching an itch? They are also spending more time at the edge of the nest looking down maybe getting used to heights. First flights should be exciting. I think I read somewhere that would happen around 10 weeks, maybe mid to late April.

I think N22 is the one in the forefront, after a generous feeding by mom:

The eaglets grow into their "feets" just like little parrots do. :shocking: :heart::footmouth:

They are growing so much! From the sidebar comments they have attracted the attention of predators and dad is perched nearby to guard them. You can see the fish he delivered in the background and is waiting for mom to feed them. They are also getting more playful. The oldest was pushing a stick around earlier. So funny - when I watch the CAM and the eagles are calling, my budgie Buddy gets excited and starts calling!

Watching the eagles is a great distraction from the news! Love this shot of mom watching guard over the chicks while giving them some independence.

And a shot of the eaglets. Their feathers are really coming out now. They've decided to name them Romy and Jules. I'm guessing because the original occupants of the nest were name Romeo and Juliet. I think I read that one of the current parents was an off-spring of them?
