Just the person I wanted to talk to! I finally tried sprouting last week. My mung beans sprouted beautifully and my adzuki beans did nothing. I prepared and moistened regularly both bean containers..... any ideas as to what happened?

Hey Julie, You may not have soaked the Adzuki long enough. We've found that those take longer to sprout and need a bit of extra time to soak.
