Tenderstem broccoli

Can parrots eat tenderstem broccoli I hear it's more rich in nutrients. Also what's the best way to store carrots.

Carrots in the veg crisper in the fridge. I’ve never heard of the type of broccoli you mention.

I’ve not heard of that particular kind but we always eat the stems of all kinds of broccoli we can get. The stems are packed with goodness and are yummy.

The stem is the only bit that my bird eats.

I'm not worried just wondering as I have never heard of anyone feeding this type.
