New here, I have a 8 month old cockatiel named Juno
Does anyone have an tips on teaching them to step up? Juno is comfortable with my hands being around them and is happy to eat from my hand.
But they are pretty afraid of actually stepping on my hand. I've been able to lure them onto my hand with food before but as soon as they realise that they have stepped on my hand they get a bit freaked out and step off
I have experience from taming budgies before but am pretty new to cockatiel behaviour.
