tu tu still will not allow me to touch him.He wii sit on my arm, shoulder and head even on my hand.He will nibble my ear and even snuggle under my chin.He wants to partake in the same privaledges bird bird gets .He wants attention and to be close to me but just won’t let me touch.I have touched his beak but that quickly turns into a bite ,no blood just a hard pinch. When I have an ice cold beer bird bird loves to lick the condensation off the can,now tu tu does too.I can tell when tu tu feels ignored he lts out a sad chirp and I go to him and interact with him untill he is happy.Tu tu is a great bird I love him very much it would be nice to be able to play with him like I do with bird bird.I will keep trying.

My Coco is very much like that. Very happy to sit on me, will hop onto my arm when it is offered but hands are a definite no-no. No touching (by me) allowed at all.

My 14 yr old OWA is the same way, I can pick her up....BUT do NOT try to pet her. She wants to be near me, will call out Mama when she wants my attention, But NO petting! I think some parrots, mammals and even humans just don't like to be touched. So don't take it too personally. Good Luck
