Maybe?

It's done except the inset screw which my husband will put in tomorrow. I guess I find something 20" in diameter and see. Lol

No don’t worry about it. I have a tree with that kind of base but it’s 3/4-1” thick. The one in my link might be max 1/2”. That was my question. 20” works. I’m excited about our tree project! Oh could you please put an eyescrew on the underside of the thickest end so I can hang a rescue rope? JoJo and Chickie will be so excited! They’ve been treeless for three weeks !

Treeless for 3 weeks? Oh, the horror! @saroj12 I've always said if my amazons could see your place they'd pack their bags and be gone in a second.

I thought you were going to make it. :)
:lol:You and I both knew that wasn't going to happen.
I'm one of those that will try anything once. Guess what, I don't like making stands so... the next one is yours. :ashamed3:

But... you were kinda slow on the ceiling guards so...

Saroj it's first on Joe's list this morning. :D I'll have to look around and see if I have wood screw eye hooks. The eye hooks I use are nut and bolt as I really don't make tree stands. I'm faking it for you.

I forgot all about those things. :)

I love making stands. I just hate trying to get them in a box. :D

I don't have a wood eye screw. Joe could grab one tomorrow in his running if you don't have one. Has 1/4" holes on each side for bowls. :)

How are you going to get that thing in a box? :)
John... First I sell custom full length aviary perches, 80" and up to 4" diameter.
Second I sell toys... and I mean LOTS of macaw toys. 75 pound boxes roll out of here all the time.

Third... and just to make life easier for Saroj,
It has a stainless insert so she can screw on and off the top perch. ;)

But we are the packing/shipping masters! Ups is here every day. :)

@JLcribber will a 20” base weighing 3.4 lb be adequate? Thanks
20” round is not as stable as 20” square. The heavier the better. The weight of the stand especially at the top will determine if the base is big enough. :)

If it's going to be on the floor it's not that dangerous. :)
