Are paper cups and straws safe to use? Also the printed ones? Should I watch out with getting wooden beads and popsicle sticks?

Paper cups you want to be wax free.

Straws, both plastic and paper, are safe.

Only buy unfinished wood beads. Paints and lacquers are not safe.

Popsicle/craft sticks should be fine. Best to use uncolored ones and dye yourself with safe dyes.

How do you know if paper cups have wax?

They'll usually say uncoated on the package. If not, you can usually feel if it feels waxy on the inside of the cup.
