Yesterday we celebrated the anniversary of finding Spee 12 years ago when he was only about 2 days old.
He's looking a bit rough and has slowed down a lot but he's doing OK for his age.
He had some of his favorite goodies yesterday: corn, egg white, millet and some small pieces of white cake that I baked.
He was very sick the end of last year/beginning of this year and I thought I was going to lose him but he fought back
and got better. I am so grateful that he is part of my life. Hearing him chatter and talk (yes he talks), holding him and just watching him
doing his "thing" always brings a smile to my face.
One of his first photos.
The baby in his terrarium.
The big boy in his cage a few years ago.
