Sulphur Crested 'Too in Victoria, BC

This is just heartbreaking:

Sulpher-Crested Cockatoo Esquimalt & View Royal, Victoria

They are fairly near me, but there is no way I can take a 'too in my current living situation. If I had a place of my own I would rescue him in a heartbeat.

Any suggestions on what I should do? Clearly this bird needs out of that situation ASAP.

I am guessing that F.E.A.T.H.E.R.S. (on Vancouver Island) would have heard about this by now.
You may want to email them, they have helped countless birds, and many many Too's.
