Stuff on face

This morning I saw stuff on my budgies face. It was on the feathers, not his skin. It looks like it has been dried on. I'm thinking it may be from regurgitating on his sister but I'm not sure. He isn't acting sick and is tweeting, flying, climbing, and jumping around.

My budgie has food on his face all the time. It's from eating his mash, and he's not very mindful off cleaning it. From what I understand, it's fine. Bathes help, though.

So it was on his feathers on his face.
Look closely at the bottom of the cage to make sure it isn't vomit.

I did and there was nothing down there that I saw

How is your budgie today?
Keep an eye out for the papers. Bird vomit is hmm....soupy. Droppings are droppings, you can see that. Regurgitating is thick. Vomit is yellowish and soupy. Not always, but that has been my experience.

He was doing fine today but I put him to bed early so that he gets lots of sleep before going to the vet tomorrow...

Oliver went to the vet earlier and the doctor said that he seemed fine and that I should just monitor him and make sure that he doesn't show any breathing problems and doesn't throw up anymore. Oliver hasn't thrown up in two days so I'm hoping that it could just be a behavioral thing (the vet said that may be a possibility)
