Strange Seed Location

Hi everyone, so I just have a question about something sort of strange and wanted to see if this was normal or normal-ish. So my budgie, Kiwi, he loves this water bottle of mine and I mean loves it. He will sit on it next to me and just happily squeak too it for a while. Today, which being distracted with a paper, he was on the water bottle. when I went to grab the water bottle there were like 5 of these dark brown seeds that are in the food I give him, it is just strange to me that they were present on the water bottle and being the ONLY seed present on the water bottle. Not sure what to make of this, any suggestions

That's what I am possibly thinking but the seeds found on water bottle are not wet or anything, shouldn't they be?

is he having any hormonal problems or does he have anything in his environment that could trigger hormones?
if the water bottle has a reflection in it that could possibly trigger hormones, as they think the bird in the reflection is their mate.
