I got 2 new Budgies maybe a month ago as a birthday gift. Both seem and look healthy but one seems kind of strange vocal wise. While my other male is singing happily I hear soft weak chirps coming out of her. This only happens when my others are singing, and when they stop she also stops. I've heard her chirp just fine before but she's been keeping up this weird chirp for a few days. Any answers or help are appreciated I just want to make sure that she's good.

Sudden vocal changes can be a sign of infection. Have they had a visit with an avian vet? It may be a good time for that to happen soon.

Can you take a video of what you are seeing and hearing please? It may help us to help you.

Sounds like she’s hormonal to me and wants to mate. I can’t play bird sounds on YouTube for my flock of girls because they all act like that if I do.

Update: Mercury (The one with the chirping issue) still has this going on, so we're continuing to keep a close eye on her. If it worsens we will take her to a vet asap. She's fine everywhere other than the chirp (She eats/drinks, her flying is improving since she was clipped when we got her, and I see no discharge, lethargic behavior, vomiting, etc) If anything else worsens or improves i'll give another update
