Urgent Strange Bump Under Cockatiels Nose

Hi, so like 15 minutes ago i noticed a strange bump under my cockatiels nostril and im very worried. He's acting normal, its not red at all, and he's not having any difficulty breathing. I read it could be a pimple or a cyst. Anybody have any idea?

There are a few possibilities: tumor, wart, abscess... Probably others I can't think of now.

If it were me, I would want a vet to look at it so we can monitor it together in case it is something malignant.

Well we cant take him to the vet till a few weeks because of how busy we are and how far our avian vet is.

In a few weeks sounds better than not at all Especially since it's currently not bothering him.
