Our birds do this on different fabrics & Luv Bug does it to the wall sometimes. I always figured they like the texture. :shrug2:

It may be rubbing the back of the neck on the furniture behind and just rubbing your arm because it's there. It may be a sign of affection such as a mate bond. Could just be the bird being silly. Chewie taps his ankle with his beak but only for me. Birds are weird.
