Still having trouble with this account

This account, StormyPica, is still glitching a bit. It won't let me change my email or siggy at all...
Can someone help? I know how to do both of those things, but it won't let me!

When I try to change my email, it says the email is already in use, and when I try to change my sig pic, it just keeps the original sig pic.

The site pages are cached on the server. You'll often have to wait until this cache is refreshed to see any changes to your signature or profile pic. Posts get refreshed immediately being the highest priority.
I don't know if it's even possible to change the email you registered with (it's part of how you're identified), but the admin should be able to help with that. Not a glitch - security.

We were able to resolve the email issue on the back end

Yup, we were, and I figured out how to change the file name (by moving it to Google Drive)!
