Rest in piece Steve for the time I’ve been taking care of you you were an amazing little bird you will be missed.

she passed away 2 nights ago from a freak accident I came home to her covered in blood stuck upside down in her water dish and I was not able to save her long enough to get her to the vet.

That must be so traumatizing to remember and have seen! I'm so incredibly sorry. She looked like such a cutie, always had her break open and ready to speak in all the pictures!
