@Mo Amjad Make sure he can't get his foot caught in it. I am not 100% sure how fidget spinners work. If there is a ball bearing I would get it out ASAP NOW! . Metal toxicity is common in bird who ingest any. Ball bearings are easy to eat.
Only allow stainless steel in that cage.
Making your own toys is a fun thing to do, but you need to be smart and make them bird safe. Please read over some of the problems with bird toys that others have learned.
