It is for cooking, but not for bird toy parts :) As long as you don't plan on giving your cookware to your birds as toys, it's completely safe.

Looks like a pretty decent set of pans. Copper is harder to keep looking nice then the SS is though

I have a copper bottom SS pan, also T-Fal, but a different line I think. I posted on AA asking about it a couple months ago, and got some good responses - here :) It's the Performance line, so not exactly the same, but that thread might help anyway.
