when sprouts are done on there last rinse do you rinse let sit for half the day then put in fridge or do you rinse then put in fridge right away , my question is do you rinse. At the very end

For me sprouts are easier when growing them from loose seeds in safe soil

I do my last soak with ACV for about 20 minutes, rinse well, dry on paper towels until pretty dry, (I flip them over using plates and new paper towels if that makes sense.) and then I put them in the fridge right away.

I rinse during the soak and throughout the sprout. Once it is to the length I want I soak in acv and then drain out. They go into a sprouting tray and into fridge. I make enough for a couple of days so I rinse before every use.
