Awww she is so cute, how long have you had her? I have a baby budgie in the nest now that has splayed legs but we can't fix them so I would love to see his/her cage so I can get ready please. Thanks

I do, she moved into a flight cage just after Christmas time believe it or not
I have a thread with her set up, though if your budgie also has a splayed leg, I don´t know how helpful it will be as I have no hands on experience with splayed legs. Also @Wenzer ´s macaw Chloe also has the same foot like my little Adelie (also not splayed legs though).

I avoided rope perches for a long time as her nails would get caught easily in things, I have to be careful of toys etc too.
