Speckled pea vs yellow pea

I need to make chop for winter. Pea shoots are in my chop and I looked everywhere and I couldn’t find them. Turns out I have to sprout them myself lol. Can parrots have speckled peas and yellow peas? Also, is there one with more nutritional value to sprout? Or should I sprout both? Thank you!

That’s the best part when they love it! I just got Maggie to eat chop without grains yay!!
