This was interesting to learn that it takes 50 days for an egg to hatch. It is great that they mate for life just as do the Indian Ringneck Parrot. I guess I will have to take a trip to Samburu, Kenya to see them. But before trekking off to Kenya, I will see if they have them at the Biblical Zoo in Jerusalem or at the Safari Zoo Park in Ramat Gan, Israel.
