This one pulled hard enough on my heartstrings I thought I would give him a bit of extra exposure here.
He's one of those special needs guys that needs it to find the right home, even though he's very sweet.
He is at The Gabriel Foundation. They do adopt out of state, but you must make an in-person visit along with other routine screening.
