What a wonderful story of yours & peanuts life together. My favorite part was after your surgery. It's amazing how our fids know we just need an extra eye or defending. Thank you for sharing this w/ all of us as it must've been tough to write!

Dear @Ankou, thank you for sharing so much of your lovely Peanut with us. She was an incredibly special bird - smart, spirited, always inquisitive and with a tender, gentle side. I especially love the stories of her beingcsheeky - but of course you wanted a paper shredder with a mind of her own and plenty of initiative! I'm so glad that you found each other and had so many years together. It must have hurt so much to lose her, but I'm glad you have so many wonderful memories to treasure.
