Sparrow leucism?

Hi guys, I've been watching a nest of baby house sparrows for a while and just noticed one of them has some white on its wing feathers. I've never seen a wild sparrow with white, do you think it'll be okay?

I hope it dodges the neighbourhood cats and grows into a unique specimen

It will be fine. I see many of them here in my yard.
