Hi I have recently been given two baby green and gold macaws. They are roughly now 25 days old, feeding well putting weight on are strong. I have noticed today one has a slight sniffle its temp is good and is doing nothing different m. Should I be worried?

I'm moving this to Healthy Highway so you get more responses :)

Does the bird have discharge from the nares?

With a tiny baby like those, you should be worried about anything that is different. If there is fluid running from their nostrils (nares) it is a good indication that the baby has an upper respiratory infection.

He needs to see a vet - baby can go downhill very quickly.
