Hey! So I have a female cockatiel almost a year old. She is happy and healthy! At least, I believe she is... The only thing is at night time she always sneezes about 4 times in a row some nights more some nights less but 4 is usually what it is. I normally cover her cage but its summer so my room gets pretty warm so I haven't been covering her cage at night. Is this normal for her? Just wondering! Don't laugh if this is a silly post lol I just want my baby girl to be healthy! :joyful: Thanks

Would you like me to move this thread? You have posted in Lovebird lane.

Ps, it´s not a silly post - I hope she is ok :)

My tiels sneeze a few times throughout the day, which is perfectly normal, usually after preening. Maybe your bird gets a bit of dust in her nose when getting settled in for the night. If it’s dry and hot there you can try misting her a bit throughout the day if she’s okay with that. I wouldn’t be concerned with her sneezes unless she has a discharge coming out her nose or has a change in behavior.
