I was actually gonna ask about the nest box, is that something all your birds have or is just because Adelie is younger?
It is Sydneys. He always had one since he was a baby, I searched for a safe bed but between snuggle huts and other unsafe options, he kept the box (no bedding).... As you can see he is quite accomodating and has took some bedding for his lady friend. I want a camera in there so I can spy on the cuteness....
I left his box in while he transitioned to life with a housemate, I think he is ready to let go of it but I have 7 visitors tomorrow, and I believe the box will help them during the week to feel safe/stable.
They don´t mate, he humps the boing and she stands on her wooden bridge watching....
