Sleep schedule etc

How important is a ggcs sleeping schedule and does the time matter when u do it example: 10pm-10am or does it need to be before that? And does it matter if she is maybe up a bit more on weekends and wakes up a bit later?

And how important is it that she gets to interact with me before she wakes up?

If she goes to sleep at 10pm and i wake up 7am and she is with me for 30 min then can she go back to sleep and get the rest of the 12 hours needed? With a timed uv lamp!

I try to keep as close to 12 hours as possible, I change it with the sun in my location, so in the summer it is 10-10 but in the winter 8-8.

Best to try not disturb them during sleep hours. They tend not to sleep after they have been woken until nap time.
