Signature keeps disappearing

So, for my signature I just have my birds' names and the little icon pics. Sometimes it's there. Sometimes it's not. When I go to "signature" on my profile page I see it. Am I doing something wrong?

It only shows up on the first post of every page. Is it affecting the first post or only subsequent posts?

When you first respond to a thread, you won´t see the signature like before, but once you refresh the page you will see it.

Plus the previous setting still applies:
