Sif hit the wall, had bloody nose, scratch.

So Sif spent the day at the vet's today. They took a blood clot out of her nose, salined it, and gave her an antimflammatory. No bad news, thank goodness.
I hope she's feeling much better. 
Glad you took her to the vet to have her checked out. Better to be safe then sorry.
