My budgie has lost feathers around his eye i have quarantined him please suggest anything that may help

I cannot d diagnose your bungies problem over the internet -especially with so little information about him. The very best thing you can do for your bird is to take him to a vet who has the resources and knowledge to diagnose his problem.

Try posting in the 911 section for better help and also provide a lot more info about the bird, recent behavior changes, and living situation.

Also looks around to see if there are any avian vets in your area. Forums are good and all but it really takes a vet to examine and prescribe the right treatments.
