Urgent Sick budgie?

I can’t tell if my budgie is sick or not. Twice in the past week I have noticed Sky sitting quietly on top of her cage with her feathers fluffed up. She sits there for at least 30 minutes with her feathers fluffed up and sometimes she falls asleep like that. Eventually, she gets up and goes back to her cage on her own. Other than that, her behavior seems normal. The first time I noticed her do it, I bought some budgie multivitamin stuff to put in her water and see if it would help. I’m a little concerned that she might be avoiding her water now because of it, though.
I did just get a second budgie (Pippa) who is very energetic, so I’m wondering if she is just exhausting poor Sky and that’s why Sky is behaving the way she is?
I recently lost my job and really can’t afford to take her to the vet if it isn’t totally necessary. Also, the avian vets closest to me are really not very close.

She’s fluffed up in her cage a bit, now. I should mention that it is about 4:30 PM where I am right now. I know that’s not an unusual time for birds to get sleepy, but Sky is usually still pretty active at this time.

Some birds take several napkins/day. Very common if something new has happen.

When a healthy bird sleep it do it on one leg and with head under wing.
If they sit on two legs and are fluffed up they are sick. You can also see that their eyes are smaller and watery.

Hmm. She is currently “sleeping” (her eyes are open and she’s watching me, but her beak is tucked behind her) on two legs, but her eyes don’t look any different.

How do her droppings look? (Also, I'm not a fan of vitamins in water.)

Perhaps she can't sleep on one leg in that wheel?
And is that a hamster wheel?
If so, why do you have that to her?

It's hard to say but she does look rather fluffy.... that she might not be feeling well. :(

It is. The pet shop I got her from had one in the cage and recommended it because the budgies liked to walk around in it. She seems to enjoy it.

I see so many things that can hurts her in that wheel so I suggest you remove it asap.
