Shoulder rushing?

Hi guys, I know the basics and more, but I've never really dealt with shoulder rushing in my own birds before, just shelter birds. He's already been doing better with what I've been doing but does anyone have any personal tips with training shoulder rushing out? Once he gets up there, theres usually no stepping up.

Also name suggestions welcome lol

My girl usually won’t go to my shoulder because I really never allowed it but the few times that she did I turn my face away from her and immediately walk over to one of her stands or playgyms and offer her an almond to step off of the shoulder.

He has no problem getting off onto a cage or something. I think his main problem the more I get to know him is he's not great about stepping up, not consistent. He's getting better as we work on this.
