Shelter stories: rehomed seven times

A new bird came into our shelter today, lovely Tikka. Weird name for a bird... but she responds to it. She is only six years old and has been through seven homes if we've counted right. She has been called loud, aggressive, mean, and a monster. In her last home she was housed with 5 cats.

Poor Tikka. Hoping that she finally lands in a good safe loving home. She deserves it.
